The methods available to you are shown again at checkout before you confirm your order. If a method is not listed there, it is not available for your order.
How Paying Works
You choose your payment method at checkout. The amount is taken when your order is confirmed. You receive an order confirmation by email as soon as the payment has gone through.
Currency
All transactions on this website are processed in USD. The amount shown at checkout is the total amount you pay. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and charge a foreign transaction fee. That fee is set by your bank and not by us.
Security
Payments run over an encrypted connection. Card details are processed by our payment providers under their own security standards and full card numbers never reach our systems.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, no order is created and no amount is taken. A pending authorisation can stay visible on your statement for a few days before your bank releases it. Check the details you entered, or use another method, and contact your bank if the problem continues.
Refunds
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method and processed in USD. Timing and conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.
