Track Your Order

As soon as your order has been dispatched you receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel with that number at any time.

When Will My Tracking Number Arrive?

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Your tracking email is sent the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Central Time are processed the same business day.

My Tracking Number Does Not Show Anything Yet

A tracking number can take up to 48 hours to become active while the carrier registers the parcel in its system. If nothing has changed after that, email us and we will check it for you.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Delivery takes 5 to 12 business days after dispatch. Total delivery time, processing and transit combined, is 6 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United States).

My Parcel Has Not Arrived

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email info@jada-rose.com with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier.
