These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Use of Our Services
You may use this website to browse our range and to place orders for your own use. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, and not to interfere with the normal running of the site. You must be able to enter into a binding contract in order to place an order.
3. Changes to the Website and These Terms
We may update the website, our range and these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to that order. We recommend you read this page before each purchase.
4. Products, Prices and Availability
We describe every product as accurately as we can. Photographs are shown for illustration and colours can look different from one screen to another. Availability is not promised and a product can sell out while you are shopping.
All prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where these apply. The amount shown at checkout is the total amount you pay. Shipping within the United States is free of charge.
Prices can change. A change never affects an order we have already accepted.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract comes into being when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock or because a pricing error was published, we let you know and refund any amount already charged.
6. Billing and Account Details
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and delivery details. If the details you give us are incomplete or incorrect, delivery can fail and additional shipping costs for redelivery may be charged to you.
7. Shipping, Delivery and Returns
Delivery terms are set out in full in our Shipping Policy and return terms in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms. In short: we deliver within the United States, processing takes 1 to 3 business days and transit 5 to 12 business days, and you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
8. Your Rights as a Consumer
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection law of your state or under federal law, including the Federal Trade Commission Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. Where any term here conflicts with a right you hold under mandatory law, that law takes precedence.
9. Third-Party Tools and Services
Our website uses services supplied by third parties, among them our shop platform, our payment providers and our shipping partners. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to the part of the service they provide. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.
10. Reviews, Feedback and Other Submissions
If you send us feedback, suggestions or other material, you allow us to use it without owing you a payment and without a duty to keep it confidential. We may remove material that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.

We take responsibility for damage caused by our own failure to meet these terms where the law makes us responsible for it. We do not exclude or limit our liability where the law does not allow that, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, where our company is established. This choice of law does not take away the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the state in which you live. Disputes may be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands or before the court of your own place of residence where the law allows that.
