This policy explains what personal information Jada Rose collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and which choices you have.

1. Who Is Responsible for Your Data

2. What Information We Collect

Identity and contact data: your name, delivery address, billing address, email address and, when you give it, your telephone number.
Payment data: the payment method you choose and the confirmation of the transaction. Full card numbers are handled by our payment providers and never reach our systems.
Account data: your login details and preferences if you create an account.
Shopping data: the products you view, add to your cart and buy, and your order history.
Technical data: your IP address, device type, browser, and the pages you visit on our site.
Support data: the content of the messages you send us.

3. Why We Use Your Information

To run the store: to accept and process your order, take payment, arrange delivery, handle returns and answer your questions. We need this data to perform the contract with you.
To develop the store: to see which products and pages are used, so that we can adjust the range and the site. This rests on our legitimate interest in running a working store.
To communicate with you: to send order confirmations, dispatch notices and answers to your questions.
For marketing: to send you email about our products, if you asked to receive it. You can withdraw that at any time through the link in every message.
To meet legal duties: to keep the records that tax and accounting law require us to keep.

4. Who We Share Data With

We share personal data with the parties that help us run the store: our shop platform, our payment providers, our shipping partners and carriers, and our email and analytics providers. Each of them may use the data solely for the service they supply to us.

We also work with advertising partners, and through cookies and similar technologies personal information can be shared with them so that the advertising you see on other websites is more relevant to you. Under several United States state privacy laws that sharing may count as a sale of personal information, as sharing, or as targeted advertising. You can opt out of it at any time through our Your Privacy Choices page, or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, which we honour automatically.

5. International Transfers

Our company is established in the Netherlands, so your data is processed in the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside the European Union, that transfer takes place under an adequacy decision of the European Commission or under Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How Long We Keep Data

Order and invoice data is kept for the period the tax authorities require, which is seven years. Account data is kept while your account exists. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Support messages are kept for two years after the case is closed.

7. Cookies

We use functional cookies that make the site work, analytical cookies that show us how the site is used, and marketing cookies that measure our advertising. You can manage your choice through the cookie banner or through your browser settings.

8. Your Rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, and object to its use for direct marketing. Email info@jada-rose.com and we respond within 30 days.

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another state with a consumer privacy law, you also have the right to know which categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.

9. Children

Our store is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, email us and we remove it.

10. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, among them encrypted connections and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission over the internet can be fully protected, so we cannot describe any transmission as risk free.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our processing changes or when the law changes. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect.

12. Complaints

If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, email info@jada-rose.com first so we can put it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or with the supervisory authority in your own jurisdiction.
